BSEL Infrastructure, Unity Infra consortium highest bidder for tenders to construct 6 Malls in Nagpur

BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd has announced that financial bid for construction of Six Shopping malls in the city of Nagpur is opened on October 17, 2006 and the Company in joint venture with Unity has been the highest bidder for all the six tenders floated by Nagpur Municipal Corporation for construction of Six Shopping Malls. The details are as follows:

- Six Shopping Malls will be developed by the "BSEL-Unity Joint Venture" in the heart of the city of Nagpur with Gross Built up area of 27 Lacs sq. ft with FSI of 16 Lacs Sq. Ft.

- Total Bid Amount is Rs 545 Crores.
