Orient Electric Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of Directors of Orient Electric Limited at their meeting held today, i.e. May 10, 2022, has considered and recommended a final dividend of Re. 1.25 (@125%) per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, which is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, making a total dividend of Rs. 2 (@200%) per equity share of Re. 1 each for the financial year 2021-22, including interim dividend of Re. 0.75 (@75%) per equity share declared earlier during the financial year 2021-22.
