TANFAC Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 5.50

The Board of Directors of TANFAC Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 06, 2022, has considered and approved the recommendation of final dividend of lNR 5.50/- (Rupees Five & fifty paise only) at 55% per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 subject to confirmation by members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
