CyberTech Systems and Software Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of CyberTech Systems and Software Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, May 04, 2022 has approved the recommendation of dividend of Re. 1.50 per equity share for the F. Y. 2021-22, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Book closure / Record date shall be announced in due course of time.
