Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 190

The Board of Directors of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd at its meeting held today, has approved an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22 of Rs. 190 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each.

The board has fixed Tuesday, May 17, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of said Interim Dividend; 3. decided that the Interim Dividend be paid on or before Thursday, June 2, 2022 to the Shareholders whose names appear on the list of members of the Company as at close of business on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.

Shares of Oracle Financial Services Software Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3428.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3504.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3633 in over 990 trades.
