Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up, (30%) for the financial year 2021-22 subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Dividend shall be paid/ dividend warrant shall be dispatched to the Shareholders within 30 days of its declaration by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
