MPS Limited announces resignation of CFO, appoints new CFO

The Board of Directors of MPS Limited, at its meeting held on May 03, 2022, have, considered and accepted the resignation letter dated May 2, 2022 of Mr. Ratish Mohan Sharma. He will serve his notice period of 3 months. He will relinquish from the position of Chief Financial Officer at the close of working hours on May 18, 2022.

The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Sunit Malhotra as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from May 19, 2022.

Mr. Sunit Malhotra is having more than 4 decades of experience in the matters of corporate finance, accounts, secretarial, legal, merger & acquisition, corporate compliances and taxation. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1984 and Company Secretary in the year 1990. He has worked with reputed corporates.

He was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in November, 2012 and was promoted as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in October, 2017. He continued in this position till October 31, 2021. Thereafter he continues as the Company Secretary of the Company.

Shares of MPS Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 575.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 570.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 590 in over 86 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 575.95 and intraday low of 566.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 337039.00.
