Tata Motors appoints Mr. Al Noor Ramji as additional director

Upon completion of the applicable regulatory formalities, Mr. Al Noor Ramji (DIN: 00230865) has been appointed as an Additional Director and Independent Director of Tata Motors Limited ('the Company') for a tenure of 5 years, i.e., from May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2027 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
