Balrampur Chini Board to recommend dividend

Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2006, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the 18 months period ended September 30, 2006 (i.e. Financial year 2005-06) and recommendation for payment of final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2005-2006.
