Mphasis Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 46 for FY2022

The Board of Directors of Mphasis Ltd, at their meeting held today at 7:00 PM, which concluded at 10:20 PM today, have considered and approved the recommendation of dividend of Rs. 46/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended 31 March 2022, which is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
