Laurus Labs Ltd Board approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of Laurus Labs Ltd in their meeting held on April 28, 2022 have approved for the payment of 02nd interim dividend of Rs. 1.20/- (60%) per equity share of Rs.2/- each, for the Financial Year 2021-22. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Company has fixed "May 11, 2022" as "Record Date" for determining the eligibility of the Shareholders. The Dividend amount will be paid on or after May 18, 2022.

Shares of Laurus Labs Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 578.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 571.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 71239 in over 2014 trades.
