The Indian Hotels Company Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of Directors of The Indian Hotels Company Ltd at their meeting held on April 27, 2022, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.40/- per Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up of the Company @ 40% (previous year Rs. 0.40/- per Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up @ 40%), subject to the approval of the Members at the Annual General Meeting.

Accordingly, the dividend payable on 100 Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up will amount to Rs. 40/- (Rs. Forty Only).
