Coromandel Fertilisers Board to consider merger of Ficom Organics

Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 17, 2006, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 and also consider the proposal of merger of M/s. Ficom Organics Ltd (Ficom) and M/s. Rasilah Investments Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary Company of Ficom) with the Company by way of Scheme of Arrangement.
