Kenvi Jewels Limited approves migration to main board from SME

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Kenvi Jewels Limited held on Friday, 15th April, 2022, the Board has decided and approved migration of the company from SME board of BSE to Main Board of BSE subject to the shareholders approval through postal ballot under section 110 of the companies act, 2013.
