Minda Industries Ltd appoints Mr. Rajiv Batra as additional director

On the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of Minda Industries Ltd approved the appointment of Mr. Rajiv Batra (DIN-00082866) as an Additional Director in the Category of Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a term of two years with effect from 01/04/2022 to 31 March, 2024, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.

Mr. Rajiv Batra is an Economics Honors Graduate from Shriram College of Commerce, Delhi, following through with training at M/s. AF Ferguson and he completed his Chartered Accountancy in 1980 from ICAI.

Mr. Batra has worked with Modi Xerox for more than 15 years and got inevitable varied exposures in all facets of Finance, Treasury, Planning and Analysis, Control, Audit and Governance. Besides, he worked as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the following organizations:

- Digital Equipment
- Xerox Inc
- Cummins India

Presently, he is also on the Board of The High-Tech Gears Limited, as an Independent Director and Partner in AVA Global Professional Services LLP.
