Docprime acquires 100% of Visit Internet Services Pvt Ltd

Docprime Technologies Private Limited ("Docprime"), a wholly owned subsidiary of PB Fintech Ltd has completed the 100% acquisition of Visit Internet Services Private Limited ("VISPL") and increased its shareholding from 98.40% to 100%. Accordingly, VISPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Docprime.
Shares of PB Fintech Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 716.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 697.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15968 in over 1099 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 730.00 and intraday low of 699.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11356552.00.
