Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited appoints additional director

The Board of Directors of Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited ("Board") at their meeting held today i.e. on March 30, 2022, has appointed Mr. Nitin Jagannath Deshmukh (DIN: 00060743) as an Additional Director (Independent), with effect from July 01, 2022, to hold office up to the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") or the date up to which AGM shall be held, whichever is earlier. Subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company, Mr. Nitin Deshmukh shall hold office as an Independent Director for a period of 5 (five) years effective from July 01, 2022.
