CreditAccess Grameen Limited to raise Rs. 1500 crores

The Board of Directors of CreditAccess Grameen Limited has, at its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, considered and unanimously approved the proposal of raising funds through public issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) in domestic market up to ₹1,500 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Crore Only) Crore in different tranches.

Shares of CREDITACCESS GRAMEEN LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 802.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 803.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16909 in over 1431 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 822.45 and intraday low of 775.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13417100.00.
