HDFC Bank to announce Q4, FY2022 results on April 16, 2022

A meeting of the Board of Directors of HDFC Bank Limited will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2022 to consider the audited financial results for the last quarter and year ending March 31, 2022 along with the consolidated accounts for the year ending March 31, 2022.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Bank will remain closed from March 25, 2022 to April 18, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees, directors, etc.
