Ms Renu Sud Karnad resigns as Independent Director of ABB India Ltd

Ms Renu Sud Karnad (DIN: 00008064) vide her email dated March 18, 2022 addressed to the Chairman of the Board has tendered her resignation from the position of Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board of Directors of the Company noted her communication and appreciated the services rendered by Ms. Renu Sud Karnad during her tenure.
