HUDCO to consider interim dividend for FY22

A meeting of Board of Directors of Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd is proposed to be held on Tuesday, the 22nd March, 2022, to consider, payment of interim dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of aforesaid interim dividend shall be Wednesday, the 30th March, 2022, subject to approval of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors.
