Ms. Meera Swarup resigns as Nominee Director from IDBI Bank

Consequent to retirement from Government services on February 28, 2022 and appointment as Technical Member, Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai, Ms. Meera Swarup, Government Nominee Director has tendered her resignation from the Board of IDBI Bank with effect from March 10, 2022.

Shares of IDBI Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 43.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 42.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 785589 in over 2522 trades.
