Panacea Biotec Ltd announces resignation of Non-Executive Nominee Director

Mr. Shantanu Yeshwant Nalavadi, Non-Executive Nominee Director of Panacea Biotec Ltd has, due to his professional commitments, tendered resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company vide his letter dated March 10, 2022. Mr. Shantanu Yeshwant Nalavadi was earlier nominated by Vistra ITCL (India) Limited acting as Debenture Trustee with respect to non-convertible debentures issued to India Resurgence Fund-Scheme 1, India Resurgence Fund-Scheme 2 and Piramal Enterprises Limited which have been fully redeemed on March 03,2022. The said resignation has become effective from March 10, 2022.

Shares of Panacea Biotec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 187.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 188.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34875 in over 811 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 198.10 and intraday low of 186.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6735185.00.
