CARE updates on rating of Indian Overseas Bank

The Rating Agency, CARE Ratings Limited has assigned its rating as 'CARE AA- / Stable' (Outlook: Stable) for the proposed issue of Rs.800 crare Tier II Bonds (under Basel III).

Shares of Indian Overseas Bank was last trading in BSE at Rs. 17.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 420363 in over 1343 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 18.00 and intraday low of 17.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7461517.00.
