Kalpataru Power Transmission forms subsidiary in Chile

Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary namely "KALPATARU POWER CHILE SpA" in Republic of Chile.

The Company will subscribe to initial capital of Chilean Peso 80,388,000 which is equivalent to ~ USD 100,000 (approx. INR 76.3 lakh) for 1,000 shares of KPTL Chile.

Shares of Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 381.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 379.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45240 in over 1283 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 384.80 and intraday low of 372.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17129030.00.
