SC Soft forays into newer territory, announces setting up of subsidiary in Istanbul, Turkey

SC Soft Pte. Ltd., an Aurionpro Subsidiary, announces setting up of a wholly owned subsidiary in Istanbul, Turkey. The subsidiary, named as SC Soft Information Technology Consultancy Ltd, which will be based in Istanbul, Turkey will primarily focus on the smart mobility segment, particularly Automated Fare Collection (AFC) business and will cater to the rapidly growing markets spread across the Western Asian as well as European countries. Our presence in the region will enable us to tap into the talent pool based in the region and will catalyze expansion in the newer markets.

Mr. Sanjay Bali, CEO SC Soft, while making this announcement said that "the recent trend after pandemic suggest increased traction in AFC segment across the globe. With the acquisition of controlling stake in Toshi Automatic and further integration of SC Soft with Aurionpro, we are best placed to grab opportunities in various markets. The setting up of operations in Turkey is a step in that direction which will enable us to expand our reach in European as well as Asian markets."

Shares of Aurionpro Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 286.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 301.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4978 in over 505 trades.
