Cocoblu Retail Limited appoints Mr. Soumik Bhusan as Chief Financial Officer

Rattanindia Enterprises Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Soumik Bhusan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Cocoblu Retail Ltd. Cocoblu Retail is 100% wholly owned subsidiary of RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd. and engaged in business of online retail on Ecommerce platforms in India.

Mr. Soumik Bhusan is a proven leader in finance and operations in retail industry in India. Prior to joining Cocoblu Retail, Mr. Bhusan was working for Amazon India. Mr. Soumik Bhusan has held various leadership positions in retail companies including Titan, Reliance Trends, Titan and Bloomingdales (Dubai).

An alumnus of prestigious IIM Bangalore and a qualified Chartered Account, Mr. Bhusan has over two decades of experience in retail sector with expertise in financial controls, strategic planning, analytics, and IT governance. He has vast experience in scaling up business operations in retail companies across India and middle east. Apart from his experience in retail sector, Mr. Bhusan has also worked with prestigious global companies like Goldman Sachs and Macmillan Publishers in his earlier stints.

Cocoblu Retail Limited had recently started sales on Amazon India platform. Cocoblu Retail has partnered with several brands in multiple categories to scale up its product offerings and seeks to be dominant seller on E-commerce retail platforms in India.

Shares of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 40.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 41.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 335395 in over 2598 trades.
