Huhtamaki India Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Huhtamaki India Ltd at its meeting held on February 28, 2022, has recommended payment of dividend @ Re. 1/- (Rupee One only) per Equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (50%), for the financial year ended December 31, 2021 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 72nd Annual General Meeting.
