Nidhi Granites Ltd approves allotment of 32,50,000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Nidhi Granites Ltd at their meeting held on 24th February, 2022, approved the allotment of 32,50,000 Convertible Warrants of face value of Rs. 10/- each at the issue price of Rs. 29/- per warrant (including security premium of Rs.19/- per share) on preferential basis.
