Datasoft Application Software India to foray into new businesses

The Board of Directors of Datasoft Application Software (India) Limited in its meeting held on 21.02.2022 at 11.00 a.m., has approved the resignation of directors.

The board has approved change in Registered office of the Company within the local limits of city i.e from "442, Blue Rose Industrial Estate, Western Express Highway, Borivali (East), Mumbai - 400 066" to "Hot Desk, 2nd Floor, Apeejay Business Centre, Apeejay House 3, Dinshaw Vacha Road, Churchgate, Mumbai, Maharashtra -400020" with effect from 21.02.2022.

The board also approved alteration of main objects clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company for inserting below new objects in place of existing objects & Mr. Eswara Rao Nandam was authorized to call for EGM and take necessary steps for change of objects.

1. To carry on the business of designing, manufacturing, packaging, assembling, Trade, Import, Export or service of SMT components including all type of Semiconductor chips, chip modules, Sensors, Transducers, Actuators, Discrete semiconductor devices, display Assembly and Touch Panels, Micro and Nano-Electronic components, assembly, testing, marking and packaging (ATMP) of electronics, mechanics (plastic and metal parts) for electronic applications, Semiconductor Wafers, Display fabrication units including Liquid Crystal Displays (LCD), Light Emitting Diode (LED), Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED), etc. for electronic applications.

2. To carry on the business of trading, import, export or service of semi-conductors, components and parts for electronic and electrical equipment of every description including Space, Defense, Mobile phones, Automobile applications and Home appliances, Multimedia equipment, including any other business incidental thereto.

Shares of DATASOFT APPLICATION SOFTWARE (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3.17 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3.17. The total number of shares traded during the day was 216 in over 2 trades.
