NTPC - Q2 results on Oct 30, 2006

National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd (NTPC) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2006 to approve and taken on record the Unaudited financial results of the Company for quarter ending September 30, 2006 (Q2), after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board.
