Berger Paints allots 20000000 warrants

Berger Paints India Ltd has announced that the Company on May 19, 2008, has issued and allotted 20,000,000 equity warrants to Jenson & Nicholson (Asia) Ltd, U.K., a part of the promoter group being the allotee, upon receipt of Rs 9.9 Crores towards 10% of the total issue price from the allottee.
