Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd sells land for Rs. 4.8 crores

Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd has entered into an Agreement for Sale (AFS) in respect of the Land Parcel situated at Survey No. 435, Hissa No. 2 corresponding C.T.S. No. 2648 admeasuring 1994.09 square meters and Survey No. 435 Hissa No. 3 corresponding to CTS No. 2647 admeasuring 1004.33 square meters, situated at Village Bhosari, Taluka Haveli within the limits of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, District Pune.

INR 4.8 crores being the total consideration for the property, received on the execution of the Agreement of Sale.

Shares of DAI-ICHI KARKARIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 355.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 382.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15419 in over 367 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 379.85 and intraday low of 346.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5625359.00.
