DIC India Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3, special dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of DIC India Limited have recommended a Final Dividend for the Financial year 2021 of Rs. 3.00/- (Rupees Three Only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.

The Board of Directors of the Company have also recommended a Special dividend for the Financial year 2021 of Rs. 2.00/- (Rupees Two Only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each to commemorate 75 years of the Company.

The record date to determine the shareholders to whom dividend is payable is Tuesday, March 15, 2022. The Dividend shall be paid after the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of DIC India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 409.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 435.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2116 in over 81 trades.
