Mold Tek Technologies to discuss on increasing investment for KPO Campus, setup sales office in US

Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 23, 2006 to consider the following business:

1. To take on record the Quarterly un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.

2. To take on record about the acquired Land for KPO Campus and Corporate Office at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad and to consider raising of KPO Campus Investment from Rs 8.30 crs to Rs 15 crs to house about 400 engineering resources instead of 300 planned earlier.

3. To discuss about the establishment of Sales Office in USA to enhance Business opportunities in this Potential area.
