Hon'ble High Court, Orissa sanctions Scheme of Arrangement & Amalgamation of Indian Charge Chrome

Indian Charge Chrome Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack has sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between the Company and Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd and their respective members and Creditors and the reduction of capital of the Company. Certified copy of the order is being filed with the ROC Orissa in Cuttack.
