Pursuant to the finalization of the basis of allotment in the Issue in consultation with BSE Limited, the designated stock exchange for the Issue, the Board of Shivam Autotech Ltd at its meeting held on 7th February, 2022 has considered and approved the allotment of 2,22,22,222 Rights Equity Shares at an issue price of Rs.18/- per Rights Equity Share to the eligible allottees in the Issue.
