Diamond Cables reserves up by Rs.62.5 Crores

Diamond Cables Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 16, 2006, inter alia, has announce that the Company has completed a Major Financial restructuring on account of One time Settlement with its Secured Lenders, due to the above said settlement the Company's Capital Reserve Shall go up by Rs 62.5 crores and accordingly the Books value per share and Net worth shall stand increased.

The stock is up 5% in today's trading (Tuesday - October 17, 2006) at Rs.84.20.
