Adani Enterprises forms JV company for Data Center business

AdaniConnex Private Limited, Joint Venture of Adani Enterprises Ltd with EdgeConnex Europe BV has incorporated a WOS namely, Mumbai Data Center Limited ("MDCL"), on 4th February, 2022, with an Initial Authorized and Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs. 1,00,000/- each, to, undertake business to develop, operate, maintain, deal with data centers, Information Technology (IT) / Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) / Cloud, providing services related thereto and to undertake activities associated with its infrastructure development including land acquisition & development for the said purpose.

MDCL will commence its business operations in due course.

Shares of Adani Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1756.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1753.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 58120 in over 4773 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1770.45 and intraday low of 1734.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 102031867.00.
