C E Info Systems to acquire 75.98% in Gtropy Systems Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of C.E. Info Systems Ltd at its meeting held on February 04, 2022, has approved the acquisition of 75.98% equity shares of Gtropy Systems Private Limited.

The acquisition will enable C.E. Info Systems Limited further expansion of loT and Saas solutions into the Commercial Vehicle Fleet and OE market by provid9ng transporters and logistics companies with route optimization, vehicle tracking and telematics, trip management, ADAS for road safety, advanced navigation and expense management solutions.

Gtropy Systems Private Limited (Gtropy) was incorporated on January 20, 2017 in the State of Delhi. Gtropy is engaged in business of IoT and Logistics Saas Tech.

Shares of C E Info Systems Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1579.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1607.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 93234 in over 8187 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1654.15 and intraday low of 1551.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 149343889.00.
