ITC Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 5.25

The Board of directors of ITC Ltd at the meeting held on 3rd February, 2022 has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 5.25 (Rupees Five and Paise Twenty Five) per Ordinary Share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2022.

The Dividend will be paid on Friday, 4th March, 2022 to those Members entitled thereto. The board has fixed Tuesday, 15th February, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members for such Interim Dividend.

Shares of ITC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 234.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 231.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1466628 in over 16345 trades.
