Emami Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Emami Ltd in its meeting held today has declared payment of 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid-up i.e. 400% on the equity shares of the company for the Financial Year 2021-22. The record date for ascertaining the names of the members who will be entitled to receive the Interim Dividend is 11th February, 2022.

Shares of Emami Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 508.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 494.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4817 in over 443 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 510.00 and intraday low of 493.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2423552.00.
