Procter and Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 95

The Board of Directors of Procter and Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd at its meeting held today, have declared an Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 of Rs. 95 per Equity Share (Face Value of Rs. 10/- each).

The dividend shall be paid on or before February 28, 2022. The record date for the purpose of eligibility for payment of said Interim Dividend shall be February 9, 2022.
