Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors ('Board') of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd at its meeting held on January 27, 2022 has, declared an Interim Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 at the rate of Rs.7/- per Equity Share on the face value of Re. 1/- each, out of the profits of the Company.

The Board has fixed the record date as February 04, 2022 for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend and the said Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders, whose names appear in the Register of Members / Beneficial Owners of the Company as on February 04, 2022. The said Interim Dividend would be paid to all the equity shareholders of the Company on or before February 24, 2022.

Shares of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 897.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 897.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8946 in over 1120 trades.
