KPI Global Infrastructure Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of Directors of KPI Global Infrastructure Ltd at its meeting held today, has considered, approved and declared Second Interim Dividend at 4% i.e. Re. 0.40 (Rupee Forty Paisa Only) per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2021-22. The Record date for payment of this interim dividend is January 25, 2022 as per our earlier intimation dated January 11, 2022.

The Dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration to the shareholders whose name appears in the Register of Members as on the Record date.

Shares of K.P.I. Global Infrastructure Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 454.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 432.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25355 in over 165 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 454.55 and intraday low of 454.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11525115.00.
