DLF clocks sales worth INR 1500 crores for its initial offering in ONE Midtown

Scripting another chapter of success in India's residential real estate segment, DLF Limited, India's largest listed real estate company has clocked sales worth approximately 1500 crores for towers in the first phase of the newly launched luxury residential project, ONE Midtown.

Located in West Delhi, ONE Midtown boasts of 4 towers soaring to 39 floors each, offering its residents panoramic views of the acres of greenery surrounding it. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 416.00 and intraday low of 407.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 72982837.00.
