Hero Honda AGM approves Rs.20 dividend

Hero Honda Motors Ltd has announced that that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 14, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of Rs 20 per equity share of Rs 2 each on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2006.
