Central Bank of India Celebrates111th Foundation Day

Central Bank Of India introduced various customized products for our valued customers like Revamped Corporate Internet Banking portal, Revamped Cent m-Pass Book App, E-Mandate in Debit Card, Rupay Business Card, Cent Sanjeevani, and Cent Go-Green Vehicle Loan etc while celebrating its 111th Foundation day on 21st December 2021 across India.

On this auspicious occasion Shri M V Rao MD &CEO, Shri Alok Srivastava ED, Shri Rajeev Puri ED and other Executives of the Bank paid floral tributes to the Bank's Founder "Sir Sorabji Pochkhanawala" at their Corporate Office Nariman Point Mumbai.

A newly installed bust of the bank's founder SirSorabji Pochkhanawala was unveiled by Shri M V Rao, MD&CEO of the Bank along with the granddaughter of our founder Dr. Pilloo Hakim at the Corporate office Nariman point, Mumbai.

On the 111th foundation day function Shri. M.V Rao MD& CEO of the bank addressed the gathering and conveyed his best wishes to all Centralites and their families. While emphasizing on the various customer centric products launched, he appealed to all the employees of the Bank to perform with passion to improve the position amongst peer Banks. Further he reminded all centralites that the purpose of existence is not customary but has to be taken as a duty.

On this auspicious occasion the Guest of honor Dr.Piloo Hakimgrand daughter of the founder Sir Sorabji Pochkhanawala thanked the bank management for remembering the founder's family every year on the foundation day function and also gave her best wishes to the bank on its 111th foundation day.

Shares of Central Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 21.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 21.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1132018 in over 2104 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 21.65 and intraday low of 20.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 24079041.00.
