Hatsun Agro Product Ltd to raise Rs. 1000 crore through follow on public offer

The board of directors of Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has approved the raising of funds upto a maximum amount of Rs.1000 Crores (Rupees One Thousand Crores only) by issue of Equity Shares of the Company through Further / Follow on Public Offer or a Combination thereof, in one or more tranches, on such terms and conditions as it may deem fit subject to the approval of Shareholders and applicable Regulatory approval(s).
