Superhouse Leathers to merge Footwear Ltd and Allen Shoes Ltd

Superhouse Leathers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2006, to transact the following:

1. To consider Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2006.

2. To allot Equity Shares of the Company to the shareholders of M/s. Footwear Ltd and M/s. Allen Shoes Ltd since been amalgamated with the Company.
